Rule Enforcement Breaking server rules can and will result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to kicks, bans, or removal of privileges.

Terms & Conditions Tier One reserves the right to change the rules, terms, and policies at any time.

By purchasing or donating, you automatically agree to any current and future terms.

All donations are final. They are solely used for the growth, improvement, and maintenance of the server.

No donations are used for personal gain.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to: Donations Purchases of priority queue access Cosmetic items or other digital content

By donating or purchasing, you understand and agree to waive any PayPal disputes.

All payments are final at the point of purchase.

Banned players will not be reimbursed for any purchases or donations made prior to their ban.

Mod updates or game updates may cause changes or removal of cosmetic items, which is out of our control. We do not guarantee continued support for any specific cosmetic feature.

Violations & Consequences

If you violate our Terms of Service or server rules, you forfeit your right to any products or services tied to your account.

No refunds or transfers will be issued in these cases.

By making any payment, donation, or purchase, you automatically accept and agree to these terms. All sales are final.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban and access to our DayZ server.
